This process ensures that every piece is crafted with care, attention to detail, and the highest quality craftsmanship.

Why Made to Order?

By making only what is ordered, we avoid excess production and reduce waste, supporting a more sustainable fashion industry. Each item is custom-made with the highest attention to detail, using premium materials and expert craftsmanship to ensure that your garment is built to last.

Our made to order process takes 25 days to create your garment, followed by 2-3 days for delivery. This results in a total delivery time of 28 days from the date you place your order.

We take great pride in the quality of our garments, ensuring each item is made to the highest standards of detail and design.

If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a store credit for any returns. While we do not offer refunds, we believe in the value of our creations and want you to feel confident in your selection. Simply return your item within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll issue store credit for the full value of your purchase.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $125. For orders below that threshold, shipping fees are as follows:

Order Processing & Delivery

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 working days. Once your order is placed, we begin creating your custom-made garment, with a production time of 25 days. After production is complete, your order will be packaged and shipped, with delivery taking an additional 2-3 days.

In total, from the date you place your order, the process including production and delivery takes approximately 28 days.

Tracking & Support

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code to follow your shipment’s progress. We cover all customs duties, import fees, and taxes worldwide, ensuring a smooth experience for you.

Returns & Exchanges

We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality garments, custom-made just for you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist with exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

Returns: You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it for store credit. To qualify for store credit, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags still attached.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must meet the same conditions as a return (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached). The exchange process will be initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
